This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Very clean and perfectly kept. Very modern decor and beautiful furniture. Some really nice artistic pieces too. It actually looks like 5* more than a 4*.
Our Junior Suite was beautiful and had a super comfy, expensive matress.
The air con was not working in our room and being on the 6th floor, it really needed it. We had to sleep with the balcony door or it was too warm to sleep.
If the air-conditioning was working I would have given this hotel a 10 / 10.

Restaurant and staff were pleasant breakfast was good except the food needs to be a bit hotter. close off the automatic doors at the end of the breakfast area as people were going in and out on the phone or smoking which probably caused the food to go cold.
the main road was a big problem for us but would not put us off to return again.

the room are spacious and the corner rooms have such beautiful views
most but not all reception staff were so rude and not co operative specifically the night shifts and the breakfast buffet was less than average although the staff were so friendly
