Great stay in the heart of Puerto Banus

All good. Great location right in the heart of Puerto Banus. Staff very helpful. Good sized bedrooms. Immaculate. Breakfast choice was fantastic and staff were relaxed when you turned up at last minute. No strict deadlines to complete breakfast like some other hotels. Reasonable drinks prices at bar.

Not much really. Lifts are small but this is renovated hotel. Parfking was €25 per night but you can park on meters outside for less than €5 per day. Road noise could be an issue for some.

We worked with Antonio who did a great job to check us in and to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. The location was great as we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Some of the rooms at the hotel are privately owned. Unfortunately we were allocated a room next door to a privately owned room which turned out to have 2 resident barking dogs which barked quite a lot both in the corridor, in the room and on the balcony. Had we known this prior to booking we would have booked a different hotel with no pets. The hotel corridor outside our room also had a dog smell. We did complain to the manager who appeared sympathetic to our issue. He did offer a different room but we declined this as the balcony was massively overlooked and wouldn’t have received late evening sunshine. He also offered a discount if we booked again in the future but declined a discount on the current booking. Unfortunately we therefore won’t benefit from his offer as we won’t be booking into this hotel again in the future.

Perfect location

Room size, Pool area, Breakfast and Dolce Vitta restaurant

Initially, we were given a room facing the back of the hotel, which wasn’t ideal. However, the staff were very helpful and quickly arranged a room with a pool and restaurant view, which we appreciated. The hotel has two pools with separate areas, but the larger pool was mostly taken over by children splashing, jumping, and making noise – as kids naturally do. It was a bit misleading, as we assumed from the description of two pools that one would be quieter, but most of the children seemed to gather in the bigger pool.

Fantastic location, brilliant hotel and facilities and I’ll definitely be staying again.

Really spacious, much bigger than I expected. Great bedrooms with the comfiest beds. Loved the pool area too and the breakfast was great.

There wasn’t anything wrong with the property at all however the staff weren’t particularly attentive, very slow service at the bar and some of them were a bit rude.

Great hotel - will stay again

Great location and lovely staff. I had booked a suite and requested an extra bed instead of the sofa bed which the team were able to do. The facilities were clean and spacious.

The air-con was not the most powerful but this was still ok for us and unfortunately despite the array of breakfast items the temperature wasn’t very hot each day. I did opt for the fresh omelette station but if staying for a long duration this wouldn’t be an option

I thought there should have been a minibar in the bedroom and the proximity to the N340 when the balcony door was open was overwhelming. Maybe you have rooms which do not face the motorway, which I would go for next time

Disappointing and would of stayed somewhere else

We arrived abd were allocated rooms together. When I asked why we were not allocated pool view I was shown the pool area which was drained and tiling was occurring. I had I stood from speaking with the conseirge that yhe pool itself would be closed due to the time of year but not the entire poolside area. Therefore there was no where to sit apart from a small corner on other side of the railing which by mid afternoon would be in the shade!! I complained and was told that was all there was. When I queried the pool area with the manager he said it was common knowledge. I looked back at my booking through booking com and there was no information re: the work

I was also allocated a smoking room I do not smoke
