Friendly and helpful staff, we were a big group of people and they suggested next time we can contact them and they will put us all on the same floor which was a very kind touch. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower is great. Good location for football match against Atletico Madrid women. My second time here and would come back

Room was good, the gym
They only told me AFTER I had made a four night reservation for two persons (non-refundable) just after new year that the Restaurant and Cafetería would be closed until 11th January, only breakfast was available. Only alternative is McDonalds next door, a friendly bar at 200m walking distance and a Lidl supermarket next door for a cold meal. As I have a disability, this was VERY inconvenient and I would have booked another hotel if I had known

Large bed
Hardly internet connection. Booked a junior suite, wifi not working. Tv only has two channels.
Restaurant closed, no bar, no alcohol. Paid 240 euro for 1 night.

excellent location - modern
room was located directly under fitness centre (open 07:00 to 23:00 with fitness-sounds more than irritating! impossible to relax or sleep

"They have a good selection of food for the "normal eaters". Plenty of ham, bacon and cheese. Good selection of breads and they also serve fruit, cereal, yogurts. Overall for everyone else I would say..."
