Villas with private parking garage are pretty cool. I wasn't given any info about breakfast or shuttle bus to town when checking in. Location is on the edge of SdeC so hourly shuttle bus is very handy. Not really any food and drink options near the hotel. Breakfast is okay but not a 4 star breakfast and not worth €18. Limited cooked options and nothing cooked to order. Overall, very good value for the roughly €*** per night B&B that I paid.

I've been to a lot of hotels, but I have never seen a lack of hospitality like this. After a late flight, all I wanted was some food. I had even called ahead. I got to the hotel and asked the staff if there was any food available. To my shock, they said no, not even a snack. This is a high-end hotel with a massive kitchen. How could they not have a sandwich or a snack? I was left stranded and hungry.
I then asked the staff for recommendations for places nearby, but they were unhelpful. They acted as if I was a nuisance and a bother to them. They were inflexible and controlling, and they clearly did not care about the guests. They even let me pay for a taxi to town, even though they had a courtesy bus. It's clear that this hotel finds guests to be an inconvenience. I would not recommend it to anyone. Front desk staff need customer care training or should quit their jobs if they don't like people!

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break in Hotel Los Abetos. Fabulous pool with poolside bar selling drinks and snacks. Loungers at pool were very comfortable. Hotel provides a minibus service into the city many times a day which was very useful.
