Great location. Nice clean room with modern decor. Very comfortable bed. Good shower pressure.
The TV wasn't a smart tv so we couldn't cast from our phones. It would be nice if the plugs beside the bed had a USB port. We weren't sure if the water beside the bed was complimentary or if we would be charged so we didn't use it.

Location was perfect. Staff incredibly friendly.
Difficult to get onto the wifi unless you signed up for their rewards accounts. That was frustrating.

Love the location. Roof terrace is wonderful with fabulous views. Restaurant food excellent and great breakfast. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Been coming here for about 15 years and still love it and look forward to coming back.
Difficult to get any shade on roof terrace during the day which at times makes using the pool area less appealing for some. Staff are delightful and work so hard but sometimes long wait for drinks. Overall these are minor issues and did not detract from enjoyment of this hotel.

Great rooftop bar but one female supervisor was quite officious. Great location.
Room wasn’t cleaned properly and had to ask several times for clean towels, a bath mat and toilet paper.
