Best place!

Everything. Start from the check in process, very smooth, staff are very nice. Room was spacious and clean. It's warm (literally means warm, which very important for me as it was winter and I can't stand cold) and full of amenities. The view from our room was excellent. Breakfast was incredible, we could find anything we want and everything tasted good. Location is easy to get around (since we didn't drive, bus was easy to find and very close to the bus stop) and really close to the lift/cable car to the top of the slope as well, so it was perfect for us. Hotel facilities are complete (pool, sauna, massage, billiards, restaurant, pizzeria, ski storage room, etc). Christmas' Eve special dinner was the best! Best menu, all tasted very good and I can see they put so much effort and love into it, good entertainment especially the big Polar Bear! And the best are the staff, from the receptionist, cleaning service, to the restaurant staff : they are all AMAZING! Super friendly, not only because "we are the guest" but they truly are kind hearted. Thank you for your hospitality that made our Christmas time unforgettable <3

Unfortunately I was surprised that 4* hotel doesn't even have kettle available in room to make a tea

Great location right under the Gavia Pass, worth visiting in early morning hours.

The room had locked kitchen counter (you need a key to get access to kitchen), so it was impossible to even make a tea in this 4* hotel. The property adverts it has free parking on site, but there are only 6 "free" outside parking places, the parking in garage is 6e per motorbike per night, so it isn't free parking. Instead we paid 18 eur for 3 bikes that can squeeze into 1 parking place...

Lovely family holiday

Staff were all lovely especially kids club ‘Davida’ was amazing with all the kids of all ages. However wanting to charge us to use the hob in our kitchen we were not happy with as no warning they would do that.

I will give this hotel 20 out of 10. Everything there is just outstanding. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a very comfy super kingsize bed. The view from our room was breathtaking. The breakfast was very good and very tasty. The most delicious and fluffy scrambled eggs I ever had. The hotel has parking which is a massive bonus. The staff are the friendliest and funniest I ever met. They know the area very well and will give you tips and advice for everything. I will highly recommend the hotel for the summer or winter holidays.

We came in 7 motorcycles. Free, monitored parking was available. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Large bathroom. The rooms are soundproofed. In the morning a very tasty breakfast. Very nice service.

Perfect organisation of the reception and restaurant. A family place with executive standards. Elegant and discret assistance with personal touch. Thanks to Dawid the.manager for always being there for us. The breakfast to go a day before early departure was the cherry on the cake. Shuttle service to the slops.

The price did not.include use of a the in-room kitchen. Expensive entry to the swimming pool. Expensive parking.

The hotel is close to the slopes. It is also possible to check in late at night. Spacious rooms and very rich breakfast. Possibility to use the wellness area.

The central heating radiators were very hot at night (but almost cool from morning to evening - probably for energy saving reasons?)

I am always amazed how friendly and nice the personal is. Everyone at the front desk to the restaurant personal and even the manager. That makes me go back again and again. Thank you everyone, you again made my stay much more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean and nice, the breakfast was great and the dinner was a joy. If you are in the nearby drop them a visit, you will not regret it.

Beautiful location, large room, comfortable and well equipped. Shared terrace with superb view, rich breakfast, good cleaning service. Bed and pillows just perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Located at -1, our room was actually a studio with kitchenette and direct exit on a large terrace facing Mount Tresero (3602 m).

Wi-Fi not available for clients. Far too few free parking spots left for customers.

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is very good and I like that the buffet is served by the staff, instead of letting the guests serve themselves. This way the food waste is reduced.

Great stay, I only stayed for 1 night but it was a perfect pit-stop for me on my way to the beautiful mountains. Luca, the receptionist requires a special mention. He was very accommodating to me when I arrived late and he made sure all my questions & needs were answered.

On top of my room, there was a bird's nest. It actually woke me up at 6AM and you could hear the birds through the roof. This might require someone's attention.
