Superb

The hotel is located at the end of town- next to small wharf (very limited traffic of the small boats). The street on the opposite side of the hotel is relatively quiet. The area of the garden and beach are private. Modern and clean hotel. The beds are comfortable (superior room). The breakfast is offered in the standard level, what is really special is the offer of the home made sweets. The dinner is served in three courses and I would say the fishes, pasta, sea fruits, grilled vegetables are very delicious.

The bit chaotic dinner ordering- especially on the first day. You don´t get the paper menu on your table in the evening to remind your choice made during breakfast . The serving of the dinner is more like in the dining room than in the restaurant of the 4stars hotel. No dress code is required for dinner.

Beautiful hotel (with potential for improvement) that is worth spending a bit more on

Food was excellent as were the cocktails and the hotel itself is great and beautiful. Great amenities, free bicycles for rent, mostly professional and friendly staff, nice pool/bar area, nice sports facilities, comfortable beach access with loungers and umbrella.

The rooms are okay but definitely not at the same level as the otherwise really great hotel. As the rest of the hotel is so nice to spend time in it is not a major issue, but the room is a bit of a disappointment after experiencing the food, lobby, bar, pool etc.

Perfect weekend

We loved everything about the hotel! The whole staff were very friendly and professional... the breakfast had more than everything, they also serve waffles and eggs cooked in front of you. The dinner was very delicious and served in large portions. The service at pool was ottimo too!

We did not like dinners menu. It was always a surprice and sometimes not very good. We ended up having kids menu. I would propose to you to use pictures along side with the description and have opportunity to teste it in advance.

At first the room in the 1st floor was realy bad, then I got an upgrade for free to the 6th floor, a very beautiful room. the crew was very friendly, I like the E-car charger for free for my tesla very much. breakfast was great, free snack in the afternoon! Wanted to extend, but unfortunately the hotel was booked out. I will come back, it is a really good hint for my friends and relations!

The parking place is a little bit small for my Tesla S ;-)

Amazing staff, terrible guests

We only stayed for 1 night as we made a pitstop here on our way to Florence. We had a room with a sea view. It was clean and had a balcony. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was just lovely. The hotel has some great amenities such a your own sunbeds at their private beach (so no towel wars in the morning), a tenniscourt and a pool. The parking lot was also very spacious and clean with direct access to the lobby.

The only other guests were senior and middle aged Germans and Austrians with their kids. And not the open minded kind unfortunately. To give you an idea, all the instructions in the hotel are written in German first before anything else. Because god forbid they have to speak another language than their own in another country. As a young mixed Dutch couple we received a lot of dirty looks from other guests and at times felt very unwelcome. We later researched the area a bit better and came to the conclusion that it is more for (white) German and Austrian families who only like to communicate with other (white) German and Austrian people during their vacation in Italy. So if that is also your cup of tea on holiday, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

Absolutely surprisingly great family hotel, with peace and space for all!

We were in a family room with two separate bedrooms. The view was of the nearby harbor and it was very quiet. We loved the spacious area and the lawn with the shadows around the pool. It was also great that we had our own access to the beach with plenty of sunbeds and it was also rather quiet. There are hardly any hotels from which you can reach the beach directly. This is an absolute plus. In addition, the restaurant was really very good, we had booked half board and were thrilled every day of dinner. The parking for the car, rental bikes and also an eAuto charging station surprises us additionally. Great facility and we will gladly come back next year.

In our extra room, the couch was converted into a bed, but this offered rather less comfort. Therefore, next time we will take two single rooms and not the family rooms, because the sleeping comfort was not so great even for our 6 year old daughter it was not enough.

Mostly of staffs weren't friendly, kind rudes, reception without explanation how the hotel facilities works, specially with the new rules because of Covid. Pool bar any kind approach to have you order.

Cosa potrei aggiungere, prima volta che vengo e mi sono innamorata, camera bellissima con tutti i confort e vista meravigliosa, senza parlare dello staff in generale tutti gentili, professionali e efficiente, che dire di più, ti fanno sentire come a casa, in particolare la spa mi ha colpito per la accoglienza e gentilezza del personale.
