Wenn man Ruhe will ist dies am Abend nicht der Fall.

Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft. Hund war dabei mit Meerblick und 150 m zu Fuß zum Meer. Pool hatte es auch an der Unterkunft.

Es war am Abend stets lärmig da unterhalb unserer Wohnung das Restaurant des Besitzers war sowie regelmäßig vom Beach laute Musik bis 2 Uhr am Morgen zu hören war.

Posizione top! Cadi dal letto e sei sulla ciclopedonale, o se preferisci in spiaggia- anche pet friendly - A portata di mano anche un supermercato e numerosi locali per aperitivi, colazioni e cene. Appartamento nuovo, completo di ogni confort, molto pulito.

Musica ad alto volume fino a notte fonda, proveniente dai vicini locali, che disturba il sonno. Lavatrice ad uso comune.

Het is een nieuw appartement met eigen zwembad op het terrein en uitstekend restaurant om dat zwembad. Het ligt aan het strand en het is gewoon echt geweldig.

+ Schnelles Internet + WLAN Verbindung reicht bis zum Pool + sehr gepflegte Anlage + ca.10 Meter langer Pool, ideal zum Längenschwimmen + Pool von 09-19 Uhr geöffnet, mit Umkleidekabine, Dusche und WC + tagsüber sehr ruhig, das Fisch Restaurant, öffnet um 19:30 + viel Privatsphäre, denn es gibt nur 3 Appartements (früher waren es 6 Zimmer, die wurden im Zuge der Renovierung in Appartements umgewandelt) ältere Rezensionen beziehen sich auf den Zustand vor dem Umbau + jedes Appartement hat fix 1 gratis Privatparkplatz seitlich am Haus, von dort gibt es einen Seiteneingang, in die Anlage + Appartement im 1.Stock mit Meerblick hat einen Doppelbalkon, sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar + Dusche hat immer warmes Wasser und starken Wasserdruck + Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach sehr gut ausgestattet (einzig ein Toaster wäre noch wünschenswert) + Appartement bietet viel Stauraum, ist hell und freundlich gestaltet + sehr komfortables Bett + Waschmaschine im Erdgeschoss neben der Restaurant Küche, diese kann von den Appartement Gästen kostenlos benutzt werden + hundefreundlich, keine extra Gebühren + gratis Dog Beach gleich über die Straße + sehr freundliche und stets bemühte Betreiber ACHTUNG: Wenn Sie ein großes Auto haben, fahren Sie über die Via Lamboglia zur Unterkunft, das Navi würde Sie durch die ehemalige Bahnunterführung schicken, die sehr eng und sehr niedrig ist. Wo früher Züge gefahren sind, gibt es jetzt einen großartigen Radweg und Fußgängerweg.

Posizione strategica per visitare Imperia e i bellissimi dintorni, grazie alla vicinanza con la statale Aurelia, l'autostrada A10 e la pista ciclabile dei Fiori. Bella piscina e comodo parcheggio privato. Cortesia e disponibilità dei titolari. L'eccellente ristorante Da Lucio, facente parte della medesima proprietà (e già da noi visitato in passato), si conferma inoltre essere uno dei migliori di tutta la provincia di Imperia.
