This place very well met our needs, 4 bedrooms, large table for breakfast and evening meals/hangouts, TV for us to watch some late evening shows. Place was clean and well kept.
Opportunities for improvement: The dining room was a bit cold and drafty with breezes through the door area. We were given shampoo, but no hair conditioner. It would've been nice if there were some laundry detergent provided.

We stayed at the Patriots Playa in previous year. It's nice to be back to familiar place: everything and the weather is predictably pleasant and warm. The house seems to have upgraded a few items -- we noticed some rust in some backyard furniture last time and this time those were replaced with brand new ones. The rooms are all very clean when we checked in. Only wish there could have been a little more supplies such as dishwasher detergent.
