Das Doppelzimmer war geräumig mit wundervollem Blick Ins Grüne, sehr ruhig gelegen. Schöner Balkon zur gemeinsamen Nutzung aller Parteien. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände vorhanden, sehr komfortabel.Toller Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern sowie auch fußläufiges Erreichen desZentrums möglich.
Ich hätte mir einen bequemen Sessel gewünscht, da Fernsehen/ Lesen ect. nur im Liegen auf dem Bett möglich war.

Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Der Ausblick von unserem Wohnzimmer zum Schloss Wernigerode war atemberaubend. Zur Innenstadt waren es ca.10 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Bahnhof lag für uns sehr zentral.
Der Abwasch vom Geschirr ist für größere Menschen etwas erschwerlich, da sich eine Dachschrägung direkt bei der Spüle befindet.

Kontakt und Information verliefen reibungslos. Parkplatz vor Ort und die Wohnung war warm und sauber.
Das Bad, hier könnten die Fugen mal erneuert werden.

Geschirrspüler war defekt und haben wir als Mieter repariert, Interieur ist ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen, Toilettenspülung spült immer Wasser nach, wenn man nicht erneut die Spülung betätigt Betten quietschen und Matratzen könnten bequemer sein
