Easy access, close to the motorway, close to town centre. Comfortable room, hotel has sauna which was nice to use to relax after a long drive.

Bar and restaurant closed on Sundays and so are other restaurants in town, would prefer second or third floor room for a better view.

Spacious, beautiful and clean room. Modern furniture, excellent service. Staff spoke great English. Breakfast was nice, too. I appreciated the free parking!

Great stopover.

Functional hotel which was ideal for our stop in Pforzheim. Clean and very presentable. Good restaurant and bar. Very helpful staff.

There was nothing not to like, but given its location just out of town it may not be suitable for all. For those travelling it’s a great stop over.

Nice hotel but current roadworks on Autobahn make access tricky

Dinner was good. The spetzle was delicious. Panna cotta also good.

Getting to the property was a nightmare due to road works. I think the property could have warned us and offered directions. We were lost in the countryside but a very helpful local resident showed us where the hotel was.

The room was spotless and very comfy with a little fridge and view over the valley. Tasty breakfast. Plenty of parking just off the main road and outside the clean air zone.

The bar and restaurant don't open at the weekend and you're 3 miles out of pforzheim.

Nice hotel, bit expensive but watch what type of bathroom they allocate you ( bath or shower)

Did not take breakfast as at 18 Euros each it did not offer us value for money.

Arrived at check-in and were directed to a room in the old part of the hotel. The receptionist could see that my wife was walking with the aid of a crutch as she was recovering from a broken ankle. The room had a steep sided narrow bath with a shower but no screen. My wife could not get into the bath so she returned to reception to ask to be moved to a room with a walk-in shower. Reception advised they didn’t have any rooms in this category but we could move to the new part of the hotel at an upgrade cost of 16 Euros. Pretty miserable service!!!!

Convenient location, excellent restaurant

Extremely helpful staff, near the motorway which is convenient after a long drive. Staff also showed us where to get petrol the next day. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent

Free WiFi didn't appear to be available in the public rooms. The shower was in a very high-sided bath which was tricky for a short person and would be terrible for someone with mobility issues. Very easy to slip as well. The room was quite hot

Very attentive staff. Our coffee machine in the room wouldn't work, so they offered us the coffee from the breakfast hall. It's right outside the autobahn so it's perfect for s quick stop overnight

The bathroom could use some renovations Our room was facing the access ramp to the highway, do there was a bit of noise in the morning. Non existent pillows
