Very enjoyable, great for winter sports.

The location and the facilities were great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment was warm and the floors were all tiled so that melted snow dried quickly and it was easy to keep clean. The apartment was big enough for five. The leisure centre was very nice and there was a ski locker. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not quite ski-in but very close to the ski lift and ski school. Kitchen was a bit dated. No separate shower and no shower curtain in bath.

Internet connection is too bad, it was never stable, sometimes zero connection. No shampoo, no soap, they ask you to bring all used bed linens to front, Staff not kind, staff unkind. They don't issue the invoice, I won't come back to this hotel.

Fijn verblijf in prachtig Vanoise

Ruim appartement (we waren met z’n tweeën), met mooi uitzicht op de bergen (gebouw 4), keuken was handig en goed voorzien van benodigdheden. Het balkon was klein maar we zaten op de beganegrond dus we hadden een heerlijk grastuintje in de namiddag/avondzon. Spa was fijn voor de vermoeide spiertjes na een wandeling.

Bedden waren te zacht (is persoonlijk natuurlijk) maar wat mij betreft aan vervanging toe. Er was geen echte douche, je moest douchen in een bad, wat onhandig is. De parkeerruimte onder het apptgebouw is heel handig maar erg smal.

A chi ama la montagna ma non i turisti consiglio questi posti

La piscina/spa a fine giornata e che per quasi 1 ora divieto bambini. Spostandomi con la mia auto ho raggiunto sia le città che anche le valli vicine, viaggiare in quella zona della Francia è piacevole (i limiti di velocità sono 80 fuori città e tutti sono disciplinati). Le montagne sono bellissime, tante cascate, ed essendo vicino ad un Parco Nazionale, ho pure visto tanti animali.

La pulizia francese è bassa rispetto alle nostre italiane (nord almeno). Non hanno il bidet e, tra l'altro, WC "da solo" e la vasca da bagno con lavandino erano in 2 stanze diverse (quindi per pulirsi dovevi uscire dalla stanza 1 e passare alla stanza 2).

Le grand plus aux balcons de ValCenis, c'est tout ce qui est disponible autour de l'appartement, boisé, propre, bien équipé : Une chouette piscine où se délasser, avec un Hammam et un "hot pot", une salle de muscu complète, des soins à disposition, et un mini-market de montagne qui dépanne sur plein de besoins, tenu par un chouette couple très prompt à vous trouvez ce qui vous manque. Les personnes de l'accueil sont également très gentilles, et pensent à tous les petits détails qui peuvent vous faciliter la vie. On est super bien accueillis, et ça nous plonge de suite dans les vacances, entouré de chemins de randonnée pour tout type de pratiquant et des belles montagnes mauriennaises.

Magnifique séjour en famille à la montagne.

L’appartement est très joli et bien équipé. Le Spa est très appréciable. Et surtout il est très bien situé, le cadre est magnifique.

Nous avions deux salles de bain et un wc. Deux wc aurait être plus pratique pour 6 personnes mais c’est juste un petit détail.

Tout était vraiment parfait hormis le nombre de lits simples ne correspondant pas au nombre décrit dans l'annonce de booking. Le nombre de salles de bain bat tous les records, l'agencement des pièces, le calme malgré la taille de l'appartement, la piscine etc.... tout magnifique.

Très bon séjour

Emplacement parfait au centre de la station. Appartement confortable. Tout à proximité: pistes/ski/magasins/promenades. Bon service à la réception. Spa magnifique.

Horaires du SPA restreints et différents de ceux des vacanciers platinum 5 étoiles, et non annoncés en amont lors de la réservation, ni sur le site de la résidence des Balcons. On est prévenus une fois la réservation et le paiement effectués…. SPA et piscine non surveillés, ce qui pose problème pour un établissement 5 étoiles car aux horaires les plus fréquentés, les enfants envahissent le lieu et occupent les jacuzzi. On ne peut plus profiter du SPA et de sa tranquillité. Les vestiaires n’étaient pas propres. Le personnel reste derrière le comptoir de l’entrée et ne passe pas surveiller lors des journées les plus occupées, ce qui est bien dommage… Check in tardif le jour d’arrivée. Check out tôt le jour du départ. Vérification des appartements au départ alors que cela n’a pas été fait à l’arrivée. Perte de temps. Réception fermée le jour de notre départ à 11heures, pas de possibilité de laisser les bagages à la bagagerie et de patienter à l’abri en attendant notre heure de départ.
