Bijou!

Small compact room and en-suite but we knew that. Nicely fitted out and clean.

Our room number one is adjacent the lift and reception and was very noisy on Saturday night in particular. We’d certainly stay again but ask for a different room. The neighbourhood is very nice.

it really has the parisian vibe and is really close to the eifeltower the bathroom is on rhe smaller size but really perfect for a quick overnight

the room is small cozy but small it is not so practical whot hte door from the bathroom and the shower curtain is not my favorite thing it is not hygenic

Don’t expect to get much sleep in this hotel.

I liked the location and the convenience of the elevator. The room and bathroom were very small.

I didn’t like how noisy it was. The walls were very thin. Only some of the staff was helpful.

Lovely location and tidy room.

Great location.

Unfortunately it was very noisy internally. Walls were very thin (could hear neighbours brushing their teeth) and other guests were inconsiderate when coming home at 1.30am. Loud talking in the stairwell, banging of doors and then sounds of furniture being moved and doors slamming most of the night.

You could literally walk to any kind of store or market or restaurant that felt like it was just a neighborhood establishment no matter which direction you walked from this restaurant

Booking.com said there was a petite de jeuner- small breakfast – included in the overnight stay, but the owner told me I had to pay €8.50 for a ticket that would then buy me a breakfast at a café around the cor

It was fine, but not what I expected for the money we paid.

The staff was very nice and the location was good too.

The rooms were small, bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was not arranged well with a neighboring restaurant. No water, tea or iron basic needs in the room.

The location was excellent but the room was unacceptable.

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and we did have a small balcony.

The air conditioner leaked into a big bucket, making it difficult to sleep as it dripped all night long. Considering that the room was very small, the big bucket made it more difficult to walk and work around, and when we needed to pass by that area, the water would drip onto us. We were therefore, unable to use or walk by that part of the room. Additionally, there were ants in the bathroom which we continuously needed to get rid of. One morning, we woke to ants crawling on our toothbrushes.

Comfortable stay, great area and wonderful staff.

The hotel is older, in a classy way. They have 24 hour doormen, all of whom are gracious. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. A/C works well. The housekeeping staff is very thorough. Location is ideal, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and only steps away to wonderful restaurants, a pharmacy and a market. Daytimes are lively and the nights are peacefully quiet.

There is no coffee pot or refrigerator in the room. The hotel does not have ice.

Convenient location. All tourist spots were either walking distance or close to bus and metro

Very basic amenities. But this is what we had expected. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Day reception staff was well informed and he helped us to navigate the city with public transportation

The room and the beds are really small and borderline uncomfortable. The 2 of us are fairly petite females, and we barely fit. The beds would definitely be too small for my father or husband. The walls are also a bit thin, we could hear other people arriving at night or when the room next door flushed their toilet.

when we arrived, there was no one at the desk to book us in , a gentleman was cleaning and we had to wait for him to finish before he would get someone to book us in . room was tiny , bathroom was tiny , if your on the larger size there is no way your using the toilet.

Very straightforward, comfortable, safe, clean accommodation. Room small but clean and cleaned daily. Comfortable beds. AMAZING location , near lovely boulangerie, restaurants and small supermarkets. And beside Eiffel Tower.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe a few more towels in bathroom would have been useful. But otherwise very happy with hotel and would stay again.

Disaster not weekend off

The staff wasn’t polite and when we came back after checking midnight eiffel tower show, entrance door was locked and we could’t get in. Had to buzz and try calling and knocking on the windows for over 30minutes!!! We thought we’ll have to sleep in a car! Location is good not too far from tower and it is only good thing about it. There was no duvet, ac does not change temperature, towels ripped.

That we had to ring and buzz bell and knock on windows for over 30minutes to get inside the hotel! Ripped towels! No Duvet! Ac not working!

Good stay in centre of Paris

Great location, some of the staff on the door were super friendly and nice (the man who was on the door on Friday 9th May 2025 night especially, was the only person who wished us a nice evening) and bags were held after check out which meant we could enjoy our last day fully!

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was quite hard, some people on the 24 hour reception were very blunt and didn’t speak much, almost felt like we were burdening them by passing reception, some staff not very hospitable on the front desk when handing in / collecting keys! Only one nice person in our whole stay.

good but wouldn’t stay here again

the property was located close to the tour, around 5/6mins walk. Good location for the main tourist spots 1.45mins from Beauvais airport and cost €117 in uber back to airport from hotel. Clean & tidy, and welcomed kindly on arrival.

Facilities not good air con was broke and the staff were not willing to swap us rooms or look at fixing it. They just advised we were in a 2 star hotel when we raised it to them. However, staff are friendly. No facilities in the room, very basic stay no kettle and room was small.

The good, the BAD and the UGLY

Close to the Eiffel Tower to walk to in 10 minutes and it has a lift.

Staff's attitude ranged from somewhat helpful (1) to indifferent (3), the number of front desk people we encountered. Breakfast is at a restaurant down the street with a bitchy server. It cost 8.5 Euro for a cup of coffee, a croissant and that's about it. Had this "breakfast once, and that was it. Room was cramp and it had a weird makeshift door to the bathroom that was like a sliding door with some kind of brush on the end that had a lots of dust and hair on it. Truly weird door for bathroom door. Not much amenities, one glass in the bathroom, small soap bar and 2 packets of body cleanser/shampoo. There were 2 free small bottles of water and a chocolate bar. Usually we stay at Hotel D'Alma on the same street, but it was undergoing major renovation. Aside from the lift and location, not a good choice for the price.

Location is very walkable. We enjoyed walking to the market and eating in the restaurants there.

It would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom so it's easier for two people to get dressed in the morning. Also the universal plugs needed to be serviced. The plugs on our devices would not stay in the wall.

The hotel is just ok. The room was extremely small and the bathroom is tiny. There is zero privacy when using the bathroom in the room. The mattress was very old and broken, or so it seemed and was not comfortable.
