The property was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The staff made sure our stay was comfortable and helped us with any questions we had.

We loved the location. They did our room everyday and had clean towels. They brought coffee to make coffee in the room. Also the staff was exceptionally friendly. Loved it. I would stay there again.
The room was small but I hear the area is like that. I don't know if I would recommend it because of the room size. But maybe that is just how it is. The shower curtain would touch you when you showered. That was a little uncomfortable. No CC to watch TV in our language. So I had to use my phone for TV.

The hotel is in a good location for walking to Eiffel Tower and the Seine and other local places of interest. We also walked to Arc de Triumphe - it was a good walk (took about 30 mins) but easily doable. Very close to many restaurants, bars and other shops, including a fabulous patisserie that you may find yourself visiting a little too often!!! Staff were always on hand and were friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as shown in photo and the bed was comfortable. The private en suite bathroom was small but it had everything we needed. Able to make hot drinks if desired as a kettle was provided with coffee sachets etc.
The balcony just opened onto walls and rooftops with air conditioning units and not big enough to sit out on but, come on, you're in the middle of a great city and you're out and about enjoying all the sights and sounds of Paris so you really arent in the room much, except to sleep. The main thing is that we were able to open the doors to allow a nice breeze in so, to be honest, I can't really say I didn't like it!
