The hotel itself was in the perfect loction and is absolutely gorgeous. The bar was really cosy as well having as a lovely courtyard at the back. Lots of options for food. The bed in our room was GINORMOUS and had an excellent night's sleep. The complimentary biscuits were amazing and coffee machine was welcomed. Recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in the area.

This traditional Inn is a great stay to explore the Cotswolds. It is located a 10 minute walk from the station, and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, both picturesque villages within half an hour’s drive. The rooms are spacious and traditional without seeming tired.
The food at the on-site restaurant was distinctly average and the dinner service seems to be of the ship-‘em-in, ship-‘em-out variety. As I was spreading the last bit of melba toast from my starter, my main meal was plonked down on the table.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly.
Room was super tiny, noisy, dirty and very dated - not worth £217 per night!! Shocking.
