Our apartment is ideally located in the heart of the village, close to all summer and winter activities.

Let yourself be seduced by this 65m2 apartment, very bright, on the first floor, tastefully decorated and able to accommodate up to 6 people.

He understands :
 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and a third bedroom with 2 single bunk beds;
1 bathroom near the two bedrooms with a bathtub;
1 fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Senséo coffee maker, kettle and open to the living room;
1 living room with sofa, armchairs, television, DVD player, games ...
1 bathroom near the two bedrooms with a bathtub;
1 separate toilet;
1 balcony with 2 deckchairs, tables and chairs for 4 people;
1 uncovered parking space in a closed car park at the foot of the building;
1 cellar with sledge available;
A baby bed and a baby chair are available on request;

We provide sheets and towels.

You will be opposite the Crey de la Brive gondola (Crey du Quart) and close to amenities (bakery, souvenir gift, SkiSet ski rental and the ski school and its kindergarten). No need to use your car, you will find everything nearby for a pleasant stay: convenience stores, restaurants, butchers, pharmacy, press, tobacco, cinema, library, disco, ice rink, bowling alley, bar, Tourist office, fitness area ( sauna, hammam, jacuzzi), daycare, etc.

Propriétaire très très arrangeant et sympathique! Location idéalement placée au pied des pistes ainsi qu’au au centre de la station de Valloire avec tous les commerces . Appartement lumineux et spacieux. Conforme à la description.Je recommande fortement la location de ce bel appartement dans cette charmante station!
