    Grossly overrated and no service for 5 star hotel. From the start to the end it was a nightmare. I had food poisoning from the exposed dried fruit that was not cling wrap given that we checked-in really late and they put it in rooms at 11am. Marrot Bonvoy can do 100X better charging at this rate ! A lot of self reflection to be done !! I’m used to 5 star hotels with 5 star hospitality but was not given any from Alexander after 2 nights .
