PLEASE NOTE:
Beginning in early - June, the building is scheduled to commence an exterior concrete restoration project; however, the exact start date is yet to be confirmed. The work is expected to generate significant noise during working hours and is anticipated to continue through the end of the year, with construction activity taking place on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Additional FEES:
*PARKING: is paid separately by the guest ($10.00 per day payable through valet company at the building (in/out unlimited). You can choose valet services or self-parking (optional). Guest pays upon arrival.
*REGISTRATION: There will be ONE time non-refundable $30 registration fee per reservation which will include 1 key fob (Additional key fob is $30 extra-optional). Key fobs are designed for guests to access all building amenities. Guest pays upon arrival.
*PACKAGES: In case if guest decides to order online packages, received packages are $5.00 each (Amazon/eBay, etc.)

and 40" Smart TV with most local channels.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT ship any guests belongings that are left by the guests. Please DO NOT leave your belongings upon check out.

Overall this was a good choice for us. The apartment had everything we needed. Staff at the front desk and parking lot were helpful. Vitaliy responded quickly and the listing was accurate. A few small points: the apartment seemed a little tired or dated, the coffee cups were dirty (we had to wash them before using them), and the location is more convenient for driving than walking.

Everything about the property was described perfectly in the listing. The location,the beach, amenities. We really enjoyed it and it had plenty of room. There is plenty of restaurants and a Walmart close by. The owner has plenty of extra items you might need while on a beach vacation and then some... We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!
