The location is just a short walk to the beach, surf clubs and local restaurants and cafés.
You’ll breathe easy surrounded by natural light, clean lines, carefully framed outdoor views, timber flooring and a crisp white interior. A gentle reminder of your coastal location, the garden, stone and sparkling pool water is on display as you arrive inside this well-appointed home.

5 minutes walk to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Friday evening food markets.

Currumbin is located on the southern Gold Coast just 7 minutes from the Gold Coast International Airport and 30 minutes south from Surfers Paradise. Tugun township is to the south of the property, handy walk to a row of restaurants, including Thai, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese and selection of popular boutique bars. Great little shopping village, catering for all your away from home needs.
Located only 40 minutes from the theme parks of Seaworld, Movieworld & Dreamworld
STRICTLY NO PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS. This house is not suitable for this type of entertaining. It is a residentially zoned holiday house. No extra guests permitted otherwise bond maybe forfeited. No schoolies, please don't ask.
Any noise complaints may/will forfeit bond also. No loud music after 10pm weeknights
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

From the moment we walked into this beautiful Property we were taken away by the amazing Views. Cool coastal breezes throughout the day the loungeroom dining area was the heart of the home. Every morning the birds would fly up to the balcony for the kids to feed. The pool was very peaceful floating around all day with such breathtaking views. An easy walk to the local cafes and shops very central to everything and only across the road from the famous tugun fruit market. Our Dogs had a small backyard to lay in the sun and also enjoyed the balcony views. We were gifted with a beautiful gift basket full of goodies. Debbie was very friendly and quick to respond. We would highly recommend this large home for young families. Such a great place for a summers holiday. Happy Days :)Michael & Felicity

We enjoyed the house very much; Tugun is a great town offering lots of beach time with a great food market ideal for what we were hoping for when staying with active grandchildren and focusing on self entertainment

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent location, close to beach and shops, beautiful coastal views. The heated pool, overlooking the coastal views, while small was excellent and well used. The configuration of 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 4 bathrooms provided lots of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery/crockery/utensils. Some noise from overhead planes as close to the airport.
