A decent place not too far from the city m, but a great location for EVs with charging station close by.

Alest it was Quiet , and friendly , but room could’ve been better

Son wanted to play his game , can’t or couldn’t use the wifi for that , just the phones and tvs . the covers was stained , ofcourse when it comes to kids the first thing you get is eww and they don’t want to sleep on stains , don’t feel like anyone should, the room could of been cleaned a bit better , i didn’t complain though , was there only one night . i booked city view , but they should take that off , the city view isn’t really much of a city view , alest from my room .

Beautiful Place, but need to keep it clean

Beautiful hotel. Looked great. Was close to shopping, movies and food. Breakfast was solid and though the place was packed, it was very nice and quiet.

Hotel was not very clean. They took care of the room every other day (not sure why they still do this). Common areas stayed uncleaned. Usually, a hotel this nice would keep up the common areas. I had to talk to Staff several times to take care of a few areas. It took them my entire 5 day stay to clean the patio area. Also, it advertised a city view! Super deceiving! I saw no more than the parking lot. Not even located where any part of the city could be seen. It’s not located Downtown so I’m not sure why the even promoted that. One of the main reasons we even considered the place. Overall, maybe they had a bad week. Place was actually very nice, just needed cleaning. Hated the every other day room service and poorly kept common areas. But it does have a solid appeal. You can enjoy this place, but the things that ruined the stay should be easily fixed! They just have to care enough about this beautiful property.

Disgusting and short lived.

I checked into my room . There was a dead bedbug smashed on the wall. I instantly checked out. Staff was very friendly and said I wouldn’t be charged.

Very clean, decent selection for breakfast. Hotel staff was very helpful with a price dispute on our bill.

I know this sounds crazy but my favorite thing about the continental breakfast is the multiple "TEA" options. Some hotels just have Lipton or decaf lipton. Also the bacon was to die for! My son liked the muffins.

When giving an option to pick a room (when able) maybe let people know how far from the elevator the room is. My son picked the 4th floor. The room was around the corner and at the other end of the hotel. Found out later the 2nd floor room was literally 2 doors down from the elevator.

Not Kid friendly

It was very clean

This is NOT a very kid friendly hotel, and that should be advertised to future guests. The pool area floor is an EXTREMELY slippery tile, it's hard for even adults to maneuver with out the risk of slipping and falling, let alone my small children who fell multiple times just walking through the area. The breakfast had pretty much no kid friendly options (all health food, only Greek yogurt, only grain cereals, egg whites, turkey sausage, etc.) If you're on a diet great, but if you have picky children not so much. They had a banana and we ended up having to grab breakfast on the road. The room set up was a little annoying, as the bathroom is RIGHT next to the bed so if anyone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you're immediately blinding the person in the bed with the bathroom light coming in and out. Overall I'd say this hotel is good for traveling business people, or couples. But as a Mom who was traveling alone with 2 kids, knowing that this was a little less kid friendly than it looks would have helped me make a more appropriate decision for me and my kids.

A nice place for a short stay on a road trip.

It was overall a great place. The kitchen was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. We chose it because it is dog friendly, and it was. The staff were all lovely.

The shower is poorly designed such that there is no way to not get lots of water on the floor. The room was on the small side for two adults, but was fine for our short stay.
