Not initially bad, and decent price, but clearly not well maintained or cleaned.

The main lobby was very nice and staff was kind.

Upon going into the elevator, the smell of weed was horrible. And then going into my room, there was trash beside the bed and a hoodie left behind from another guest in the closet. There was a bad smell in the fridge as well, and after looking, there was clearly mold in the door.

Not the worst stay ever.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

A light from the fire detector flashed all night. I don’t get any sleep. The breakfast was not at all what was pictured. Very poor. Pool was very tiny. More like a plunge pool. The flashing light though, that was the absolute worst.

Only thing didn’t like was around 3am in the morning Saturday the 10 was young adults running around in the hallways making a lot of noise but everything else was good

Location near highways made it convenient to reaching our destinations while in Louisville. Access to free parking and nearby restaurants.

I was disappointed that our requested room was not available on the day we arrived. Also, the dresser’s surface top was cracked and peeling (aesthetically displeasing). There were also spots on some of the bedding.

The lobby seemed well-maintained, a decent location with a lot of stores nearby.

As soon as you open the door to the room, you smell a strong odor of cheap cologne, which was masking the smell of cigarettes coming from the bathroom. The bedsheets had makeup stains in several different spots. The air conditioner was very weak, which left the room hot and musty throughout the night. Overall, would not recommend.

Good Faculty, great breakfast, nice clean room.

Great hotel amazing facility and lounge. Room was clean and comfy with great service. Breakfast was really good also close to alot of food. Also 24 hour coffee in the lounge and a nice outdoor and grilling space.

It was kinda tucked into a cluster or Marriott. But once you get there its is easy to go their and back.

The staff was friendly and helpful (Tre, you rock!) The room was clean and updated. Shower and bathroom were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable with a good quality mattress. The free breakfast buffet was very good! I really enjoyed the TV options as we were able to log into our Netflix account and watch movies at no extra charge.

Two small suggestions I would make: 1. Have better signage from the highway. Your hotel is tucked back in an area with several other hotels before you get to it. It was confusing to find. 2. Have many more handicapped parking places. 2 spaces is not nearly enough for a hotel of your size.

We'd stay again if we ever have business in Louisville again.

We stayed 5 nights for a meeting at the Kentucky International convention center. We commuted every day by car - 20-25 minutes each way. The included breakfast had enough variety to eat something different each day. I did not use the pool or gym room. But, the area is nice, felt safe, and a good area to walk and get your steps in. There are plenty of eateries around and a Kroger and even a Costco nearby. The inn met our needs and offered a safe, quiet, comfortable place to sleep every night. There is a nice TV with a variety of channels typical of a Marriott hotel.

The shower door is such that water would leak around it and drip on the floor. We informed management. Housekeeping gave us extra towels.
