Very clean; comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.
Shower pressure was awful. 48-hour cancellation policy was ridiculous. Also, one toaster and one waffle iron isn’t enough for a breakfast that serves a hotel that big.

The location was excellent for my needs near the Brownsboro Road area. The morning breakfast was great, though a little disorganized. The room was very quiet even with the noisy wedding parties nearby.
The shower head was pitiful. It was very high which is fine for me (6 ft 3 in tall) but for my wife (5 ft 2 in) she couldn't reach it to adjust it - even if it could be adjusted. The trickle of water that came out of it barely provided a good rinse. And not able to rinse the undercarriage at all.

The main lobby was very nice and staff was kind.
Upon going into the elevator, the smell of weed was horrible. And then going into my room, there was trash beside the bed and a hoodie left behind from another guest in the closet. There was a bad smell in the fridge as well, and after looking, there was clearly mold in the door.
