About this house rental
It is a rustic about 110 m² located in the green Maremma countryside (Tuscany) 2.5 km from the village of Scansano to which it is connected by a paved road.
It is less than 30 minutes from the sea and 20 from the Terme di Saturnia.
It is completely renovated both internally and externally, the furniture is cared for in every detail and is new in style with the environment.
It is arranged on two staggered floors, in the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower.
In the lower floor communicating with each other thanks to the opening of an internal door consists of a large living room also with fireplace and double sofa bed, bathroom without shower (in case of need we can provide two more beds).
Total MAX 7-8 beds.
All windows and French windows have mosquito nets.
It is surrounded by a large enclosed garden with large oak trees.
It is an animal paradise: we accept peaceful animals.
Obviously responsibility for any damage is attributed to the owner.
Pets are required to pay 20 euros per animal.
The farmhouse is immersed in the typical Maremma countryside.
Olivo plantations of olive trees, oaks and in the distance the typical Maremma scrub are the background.
Quiet place where you will be awakened by the chirping of the birds.
Relaxing especially in spring with the scents of flowers.
In winter the cost of heating is not included and will be charged upon departure after reading the meter

Bellissimo ed ampio casale in campagna a 2km da Scansano. Si è isolati dalla civiltà il giusto, 5min di auto per fare la spesa e per i beni di prima necessità. Il giardino è molto ampio ed il patio esterno è meraviglioso per pranzare o cenare, se spegnete le luci esterne le stelle sono migliaia. La casa è ideale per 4 persone, 2 bagni ma una sola doccia. Ideale per chi ha bambini o animali domestici. Unica pecca ma risolvibile se siete amanti del bbq : il barbecue è lontano dalle luci esterne, quindi attrezzatevi se avete intenzione di grigliare la sera fino a tardi. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. La casa in sé è di stile rustico ma moderna ed attrezzata. Il patio esterno merita 1000 serate tra amici: ampio e dotato di ogni comodità. Bellissima per gli amanti della quiete. 40 minuti di auto dalle spiagge più vicine, ma da lì in meno di un ora di auto si visita Sorano, Pitigliano e le loro vie cave. Se poi amate anche il vino...be'...siete nel posto giusto!

Bella struttura, ristrutturata con gusto.
In posizione tranquilla, ma nello stesso tempo comodo da raggiungere.
Consiglio a tutti coloro che amano la natura, il mare e le terme di venire a provare questo bellissimo casale.
E' provvisto di tutte le comodità necessarie.
Un suggerimento.....provate anche l'olio è eccezionale, non ve ne pentirete!!!!

E' LA SECONDA VOLTA CHE PASSIAMO UNA VACANZA IN QUESTO BELLISSIMO CASALE IMMERSO NEL VERDE DELLA CAMPAGNA MAREMMANA.
BEN ARREDATO CON GUSTO E CONFORTEVOLISSIMO.
LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A CHI AMA LA NATURA E LA TRANQUILLITA' SIA PER VACANZE CON AMICI E ROMANTICHE.
