This dog friendly property is nestled amidst peaceful surrounds, Kooka's Cottage is a western red cedar home on a large bushy block which is perfect for couples or smaller families. Being so close to the Mt Buller Gates you can have an ideal Snow Holiday or just enjoy the bush for a Summer getaway.
This property sleeps 4 to 6 people and includes 2 bedrooms upstairs, open plan living area downstairs, one bathroom, laundry facilities, a drying cupboard, comfortable furnishings, and bedding - fitted with electric blankets, Egyptian cotton sheets and a well-appointed full kitchen.
There is a cosy wood fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV DVD and Telstra reception. Upstairs has a single trundle and downstairs has a sofa bed and a large undercover decking area with BBQ and hammock to take in the private bush views.

Great house, everything was set up beautifully and ready for us when we arrived. Super close to Mt Buller, the main towns, and also a bunch of hiking/outdoor adventure activities. Would 100% stay again, was fabulous. The house had everything we needed to make our stay a great one. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything needed to cook and check in was super easy.

Perfect stay for family of four (two adults, two kids) and our dog. Really lovely set up, everything we needed, great spaces for the dog inside and on the balcony, gorgeous surroundings, perfect for day trips to Buller, Mansfield and surrounds.

Very comfortable, great location. Had most things we needed, although, we would have appreciated a coffee pot (stovetop or plunger) as there was nothing to make coffee it at all! Also some instructions on how to use the TV/DVD player - we worked it out, but not without a fair amount of angst!

They property was great. Wild life was amazing and the kids loved feeding the birds in the morning.
