The view from the deck is amazing It’s in walking distance to the local cafes and restaurants If you filled all the rooms it would be good value for money based on what we paid Access to the beach via stairs on the property is helpful It was cold when we were there and the heating worked extremely well, we were never cold

It felt like it needed a deep clean (dirty pans, kitchen exhaust was extremely greasy, weird collection of items stored in the bathroom cupboard etc). Don’t think it’s accurate to say it’s recently renovated, the bathrooms and kitchen are very tired (damaged mirrors, warped and damaged cupboards, lots of scuff marks on walls etc) The driveway up to the house is very steep, would be difficult for anyone with small children or mobility issues - same goes for the beach access, stairs were a bit difficult to navigate
