The size and location of the property was perfect
The car park was very small and only just fit my car with a tight squeeze

The apartment is in a great location. On the Main Street yet also secure. The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable making my birthday weekend stay enjoyable. The apartment was quite clean as a whole although one of the bedrooms had a damp musty smell. The staff at peninsula holiday rentals were lovely! Great customer service; friendly and helpful!
As mentioned there was quite a strong smell of damp and musty wet carpet. Especially in the bedroom with the single beds. We did have to leave open balcony doors (unfortunately can’t open windows in that bedroom) and air out when we arrived. I did read that in other reviews so it is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.

Very convenient location, right in the middle of town.
Dealing with the property management group was painful. Multiple emails to confirm my email, even when they were contacting me via my email! Having to send repeated texts as they claimed not to have received proof of ID. Apartment facilities were sparse & there was a strange smell in the bedroom areas.
