barrio tranquilo, a 30 minutos andando del centro. Terraza pequeñita pero acogedora. La manguera nos salvó de los 40 grados un 28 de mayo.
El ascensor es pequeño y antiguo par mi gusto ya que me da un poco de cosilla pero NO TUVIMOS NINGUN INCIDENTE Y CUMPLIÓ SU FUNCION. Aire acondicionado solo en comedor.

Terrasse très agréable et appartement spacieux et bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, congélateur) Parking gratuit à proximité. 20 minutes à pied de la vielle ou bus à proximité.

Everything worked. Quiet location, though in the city. Quick and easy bus or 20 min walk to the old city. Roof terrace was great (7th floor). Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Friendly, attentive hosts who were easy to contact via the booking app.
Not too many nice bar/restaurants close by. But bakery and supermarket were close.

La propietària h sigut molt atenta i amable en tot moment. L’entrega de claus molt fàcil i àgil. El pis està molt net i endreçat, però està bastant deteriorat. Li falta manteniment: parets, marcs de les portes, la terrassa, armaris… tot està bastant desgastat. Nosaltres només el necessitàvem per dormir, però si algú hi vol passar uns dies i fer-hi vida, no crec que l’estat de conservació sigui suficient per lloguer turístic.
