Our 5 bedroom/3 bath vacation home has all the toys and the conveniences to ensure your holiday is an experience to remember – Games Room, Wifi, TVs in every bed room, Netflix, cable and full size washer and dryer. Sleeps 12. Located in the tranquil, gated community of Town Center Reserve, our dream vacation home is fully outfitted to live up to its “home away from home” billing. It’s the perfect “hotel alternative” for two families but not too big for one family to stretch out and enjoy. So whether you’re coming to enjoy the magic of Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld or on a golfing getaway, we look forward to you sharing our wonderful vacation home with you.

We had to book a house on short notice and the owners responded immediately. We loved the location and the detailed instructions throughout the home. When we're back in the Orlando area, we will definitely book the house again. Hopefully, we will get the opportunity to see the shy alligator.

Just what my 3 sons and I needed. We enjoyed our stay. My boys and I loved the pool. This place was comfortable and convenient to WDW. Excellent communication in advance of our arrival and at the house as well. Hope to be back again soon!

The owners took the time to make the stay feel like a home away from home. Linens, pots, pans, and toiletries were provided. Clear directions were given for all items. The home is comfortable and was a great fit for the nine of us. It only took about 30 minutes to get to Disney and Universal and the pool was a welcome plus. We can't wait to stay again!
