Vali Konak Hotel Nişantaşı

Çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü idi. Gerçekten işlerini sevgiyle yapıyorlar bir ihtiyaç durumunda çok yardımcı oluyorlar.

Konumu çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi.Temizdi.

The only positive aspect is the location, which is close to Taksim Square.

The room we were given looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It was extremely small, felt more like a storage room, and had no proper window facing outside. The room smelled strongly of humidity and mold, and every night cigarette smoke would fill the room. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty with hair and even small blood stains. The pillowcases had yellow stains and smelled unpleasant. The bathroom had serious drainage problems. After taking a shower, water would not drain and the entire bathroom floor would flood. The minibar in the room was broken and did not work at all. The TV remote control had no batteries, so we couldn’t even use the television. The room was supposed to be for three people, yet there was only one blanket for the double bed and none for the single bed. The heating system was not working despite the very cold weather. On the first night, the ventilation system was blowing cold air instead of warm air. We repeatedly asked the manager to change the room. Each time we were promised another room, but nothing happened until the very last day of our stay. Overall, the hygiene, facilities, and management of this hotel were far below acceptable standards and completely different from what was advertised.

Bon emplacement. Personnel tres accueillant et tres souriant spécialement Ozkan . Il est simplement fantastique !

J'ai pas apprécié quitter l’hôtel et dire au revoir à Ozkan :)
