Location and vib of the immediate area - view spectacular
Bedroom sparse - linen worn and not plush - living room cluttered by big dinning table (need bar style kitchen and stools) - balcony not comfortably furnished - again, doesn’t need massive table and chairs - tv outdated (not smart) and too small - no batteries in remote control - kettle faulty - building concrete facade in disrepair

The location is amazing!! We really enjoyed being so close to the beach. Also the Apartment is very well equipped and clean. The check in was super easy and the person in charge was very friendly and helpful at all times.
The last day unfortunately there was water damage and we couldn’t really use the living room that much because water came in from the ceiling. The staff reacted promptly though.
