About this apartment rental

Cozy studio without opposite with a superb clear view on the port of Casablanca and the train station Casa Port. Located on the sixth floor of a building built in 1953, witness of the French touch in Morocco. The apartment meets all the conditions for a pleasant stay. All the furniture is new, much of which is imported directly from France. There is a 4K TV with Arab and global satellite channels, the essential wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave with grill option, fridge, washing machine, gas stove, oven, Delonghi coffee machine, blender, ...
The living room contains a beautiful couch in blue duck with a Scandinavian coffee table. There is an Ikea dining table with plexiverre chair.
The bedroom offers a large bed (160 * 200) with all necessary storage space.

the building is juxtaposed at the Sofitel hotel. The street of Sidi Belyout is distinguished by its security and the presence of large hotels such as the Royal Mansour Méridien, Novotel, Ibis. The location of the apartment in the city center allows our dear customer to access the old Medina with all its traditional charm, its streets, souks and markets. There is also the new city with all the services and entertainment that can be claimed (cafes, restaurants, trams, travel agencies and rentals ...).
Transport
There is a wide range of means of transport available to our dear customer starting with taxis, uber, trams, trains, buses and even finishing by a driver with car if necessary.
A great advantage if you arrive by Casablanca airport, you can take the train directly from the airport and it will drop you at the train station Casaport which is just 5 minutes from the apartment.
Coffee, tea and herbal teas are offered free of charge to all our guests.

Comfortable and impeccably clean apartment. The owner and his father are warm and very helpful. Great location for exploring Casa on foot, by tram, or by train.

Nous voulions nous immerger en plein Casa, voyager à pied surtout, en tramway et en «Petit Taxi» parfois, et en train pour des escapades vers Rabat ou El Jadida. L'appartement est confortable, impécablement propre. Le propriétaire s'assure que tout va bien et son père, présent, chaleureux et fort disponible. Tout Casa est en pleine restructuration. Ce quartier n'y échappe pas comme partout ailleurs. Nous reviendrons en 2020 pour voir et sentir cette ville rajeunie, restaurée et sûrement différente. Bonnes adresses à 3mn, le restaurant le Dauphin et à moins de 10 mm La Scala.
