I loved the hotel location - closer to some tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the cleanliness.

It would have been better if they didn’t serve the same breakfast - would have loved to experience different Albanian food

Excellent location. Exceptional proximity – very close (hundreds of meters of Skanderbeg Square) to the city center and near the majority of cultural, touristic, relaxation and commercial points of general interest. Suitable for getaways, modern amenities, very relaxing spa area, standard and not varied, but very tasty breakfast. Compared to European standards, overall expectations for reaching a 4 stars category could be definitely better and it corresponds presently rather to a 3.5. As main points to be improved could be repairing amenities/furniture on time to avoid degradation, very kind host, very pleased to support separate requests as recommending suitable taxi, etc., that could be even more benefitted if English language conversational level would be increased. Highly recommend the local guides collaborating with Smart Albania Tours via Viator.com or Booking.com and also Clean Taxi and Free Taxi drivers with which we’ve had very benefitting conversations during our trips.😊 We greatly appreciate the entire experience and thank you for your local Albanian kindness and support!

It needs a renovation, bathrooms are old and moldy
