Location v good. Ibrahim was very helpful others having difficulty with language .
Toilet too small, hotel have no lift difficult to use stair for old people .

every thing , the coffee shop is the best
i asked to be in the second floor although it is empty and same price but the manager refuse and he put me in the fourth floor , no elevator

Good location on the lake with nice view.
Our room was in the 1st floor, everyone walking in the street could see inside, the shower was leaking.
