The location of the villa was wonderful—quiet and surrounded by beautiful greenery.
The barbecue grill in front of the villa was a great plus.
The beds were comfortable, and the electric heaters were very useful for keeping the place warm.
An excellent location for climbing Peak Musala.
I highly recommend it because I fell in love with the area around the villa—nestled among the pine trees, especially with the way the sunset light filtered through ♥️
More attention should be paid to cleanliness, and there was a stuffy smell when we arrived.
The lights inside were very dim; we actually had to use flashlights, especially in the kitchen area.

Много хубави и просторни бунгала. Страхотно място за малки деца. Около всяко бунгало има допълнително беседки и детски площадки.
Ресторанта е много хубав, готвят много вкусно и всичко пристига много бързо.
За нас беше голямо удобство, че има детска площадка до ресторанта.
Джакузитата са много поддържани.
В кухнята има кафе машина, заредена с капсули.
Рецепцията е денонощна.
Нямаше достатъчно посуда в кухните. Липсваха основни неща като тиган, купички, нож за рязане и дъска. Нямаше достатъчно посуда за скара, което беше важно, защото има възможност да си направиш скара пред бунгалото. Имаше заредени дърва и дървени въглица, но липсват щипки за скара и нож.
Водата в басейна не се отоплява и е много студена.

Amazing location , accomodation was also nice, you can grill next to your balcony, very suitable for families or larger group of people meeting
The restaurant was totally overpriced, food quality was bad, outdoor sauna was cold and jacuzzi too hot for anyone to get in

The beds were very comfortable, the heating and water were very hot. The linen was nice and clean also the towels.
The cleaning staff were very helpful.
The kitchen facilities for a self catering property were very limited only two hobs no over or microwave, not even a toaster.
The property hasn’t had any maintenance to keep it looking nice in a lot of years.
The lighting is bad in the living area.
Also the map is wrong on the listing as it shows the cabin close to the gondola but it’s actually a 5 minute drive, 30 minute walk on a main road.
