Villa Rosa was a beautiful place to stay, and we certainly will return. Host Joseph was fabulous, and the villa exceeded our expectations by far. The property was divine and the blue lagoon in the back was a special treat for our children. My family fell in love with the beauty of Villa Rosa.

Peaceful location, Helpful host, Wonderful (almost private) cove nearby for lounging/swimming

We traveled in end May'23- The hosts were very helpful and responsive- they very promptly responded to our messages/calls; The location (being away from any big city/town) was also very peaceful; we could walk down a few steps directly from the property to an almost private cove and it was wonderful for a swim or lounging on sun-beds (some owned by the property). The sit out private terrace with the apartment overlooking the pool was also wonderful.

The bedrooms were a little dark, dank and damp in the apartment we stayed next to the pool on the ground floor. The gas stove was not in the perfect condition but it was manageable in the end; Also few essentials were missing initially like the dustbin bags/kitchen towels etc. some of which were provided by the host on our request later. The property not accepting credit card was also a hassle (Though they do have an option of a bank transfer too) as the ATMs/cash machines charge extra money for cash withdrawal in Hvar we realized.

Amazing Villa ! We had Palma apartments with access to the swimming pool. Host was very friendly and even gave us an option to choose room from available rooms. Big villa- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace, on summer time this villa is perfect as it is in shadow and it is not hot inside. Also you have access to the beach ( some stairs down).

Our hosts gave a us nice, warm welcome upon our arrival, showed us to our rooms in this very charming villa and just made us feel at home. We highly enjoyed our stay, taking a few dips in the pool and even having a swim in the private bay just meters below. If we're ever in the neighborhood again, we'll make a point of staying more than just a single night!

When we booked the accommodations for this holiday, we had really high expectations and Villa Rosa did not failed to meet them. The villa is located in a remote area and has a very special design. It’s really quite and very close to the sea, we colud actually hear the sea from our apartment at night. The apartment was very clean and well kept, we had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Suzana and Joseph are amazing hosts, they gave us a lot o relevant and useful informations, they are simply the best! I would totally recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

One of the most beautiful moments in Croatia

Villa Rosa is an absolute gem. The villa itself is beautifully renovated, apartments spacious and location just magical. There is a little bay right underneath the villa with spectacular view of Biokovo mountains. Surroundings are very quiet. However, the best part about this accommodation are the hosts – Suzana and Jospeh were very caring and helpful with everything regarding our stay and we wish them all the best!

We had a wonderful vacation in a breathtaking environment. The villa makes a very well-kept impression. Our apartment had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. All questions are answered in a friendly manner and you get helpful tips. We felt very comfortable and would go back there anytime. We stayed as a family with our 5 year old son for 10 days in the villa. Thanks to Joseph and Suzana for the great time. 👍🏻🤗👍🏻

Everything: The incredible view from the balcony on a kind of private creek just for the villa, the baths alone in the morning in crystalline waters, the songs of the birds at sunset or sunrise and last but not least the great welcoming of Suzana and Joseph.

Nice villa with own bay

That was the first time we lived in a villa! There is a terrace, the ability to cook on the grill. We had a very successful layout: the apartments are on the ground floor, both spacious rooms faced the garden, and from the dining room there are two doors to the garden. Very nice territory around villa! A lot of greenery, the sea rustles beneath us in the bay. The rooms themselves in the style of "Provence", beautiful paintings, landscapes. There is no boiler in the bathroom, so hot water does not end at once. For the eldest daughter, the main bonus of the villa was the pool. During the first day it was impossible to pull the child from it. This is despite the fact that the sea is nearby and it is warmer. I was pleased with the loungers near the pool and in the bay by the sea: we can sunbathing. Also it was great to walk in the quiet village with villas, to see the twinkling of the Moon and the stars in the garden.

There were no microwave oven, electric kettle at the kitchen, and freezer in the refrigerator. And different little stuff that make our travel with children easier. May be it appeared comparing to the previous apartment. But this is like nitpicking: we got quickly used to any inconveniences! The own bay nearby compensated for everything =)

Perfect lokality. Everything like as dream which comes true. Privat beach, Quiet locality. Typical plants, perfect architecture inside and around. Sensitive owner style.

One big mattress in a double bed. When I turned to the other side, my wife jumped on the other side. I have 100kg and she 58kg. :-)

Wir haben zu zweit mit Hund ein paar wunderbare Tage hier verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich – ein Traum für uns. die Entspannung suchen! Das Ambiente lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein, und wir konnten einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Alles war perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder!” Besonders hat uns der Zugang zu der kleinen Bucht gefallen. Positiv zu erwähn ist noch die gute Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern.

Zu bemängeln gibt es aus unserer Sicht gar nichts...

De ligging is fantastisch. Onze gastheer was uitermate vriendelijk. Heerlijke faciliteiten, privé strandje, balkonnetje, gewoon fantastisch. We konden ook gebruik maken van de sup.

Het cijfer valt lager uit omdat de matrassen en de bedden gewoon oud versleten en te hard waren. Wij waren er meerdere dagen waardoor je daar gewoonweg last van gaat krijgen. Natuurlijk zijn we wat gewend, dus nog steeds een dikke 8!
