Villa Rosa

Villa Rosa hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist wirklich ein paradiesischer Ort – absolut ruhig, wunderschön und praktisch mit einer eigenen kleinen Bucht zum Schwimmen und SUPen. Das Interieur ist stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, und an den Wänden hängen echte Originalgemälde. Alles ist auf höchstem Niveau und mit viel Sorgfalt gemacht. Wir haben uns hier außergewöhnlich wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir nach Hvar zurückkehren, dann nur hierher. Wir haben uns auch mit anderen Gästen der Villa unterhalten und erfahren, dass einige von ihnen bereits seit mehreren Jahren regelmäßig hierherkommen. Das sagt ebenfalls viel über diesen besonderen Ort aus.

Très bel endroit et bon accueil. L'ajout d'un four et des couverts seraient bienvenus.

On arrival we were met by the owner Zvjezdan who immediately made us feel welcome and showed us to our apartment which was No.3. The apartment was spacious and bright. In the main section there was a fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable sofa to relax. There was a downstairs master bedroom and a separate bathroom. This apartment also had a wooden staircase leading to a converted loft area that had 3 single beds. The feature that made this apartment exceptional was our own outside terrace where you were surrounded by pine forests and the sounds of the sea below. We ate our evening meals on the verandah and loved the peace and quiet surrounded by nature. After a day's sightseeing you could return to Villa Rosa and enjoy a couple of hours by the pool or head down a series of steps to a set of comfortable deckchairs by the water. There were complimentary paddleboards that you could use or take a dip in the water or simply relax. Zvjezdan gave us a list of restaurant recommendations at various resorts. We had the best seafood platter at Trica in Vrboska. If you like a relaxing holiday in wonderful surroundings then I can highly recommend Villa Rosa.

Nothing but if you prefer to eat out in the evening then you are limited . There is a restaurant nearby that was closed as we were out of season. There is a fabulous Tommy hypermarket near the ferry terminal. We stocked up for breakfast and evening meals and ate out during the day.

Calm, unique place. Hidden gem.
