About this house rental
Jacaranda Beach House is located on the New South Wales mid-north coast in the beautiful and popular seaside destination of Smiths Lake which is only a 3 hour drive north of Sydney.
The house has been beautifully renovated inside and out and is set on a large picturesque and private block with stunning landscaped gardens. Upon entering the house you will discover a contemporary and thoughtfully appointed beach house with an open plan living and dining area offering stunning water views of the lake in front. A modern gourmet kitchen adjoins the living area equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cookware you need to cater for your stay.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds and 2 bedrooms downstairs one with a queen bed and one with 2 singles. The house has 2 large designer bathrooms . The upstairs bathroom features a bath and large shower recess. The downstairs bathroom has a shower with a rainfall shower head and adjacent fully equipped laundry.
Linen is included for your stay and all beds will be beautifully made for your arrival with luxurious Sheridan cotton sheets and towels on each bed.
There is plenty of room at Jacaranda Beach House.
Enjoy the wide expansive decks including an upstairs alfresco lounge area complete with plantation shutters and Vergola and an outdoor BBQ or relax in one of the two spacious living areas. The house is perfect for a large group or family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway.
The lake can be easily accessed from the front of the property where you will find a sandy beach. Take a swim or a relaxing stroll around the lake to the Frothy Coffee Boathouse where you can enjoy a nice meal or coffee or hire a boat to explore the lake and nearby Sandbar Beach.
Dogs are permitted on request so please let us know the age and breeds of your dogs at the time of booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Sorry but cats are not permitted. The house has an enclosed deck area upstairs that is safe and secure. The front garden is also fully fenced.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area and you can expect daily visits from the resident Kookaburras, Rosellas and King Parrots.
We also have FOXTEL so you can enjoy movies, sport and all of your favourite program's during your stay.

Beautiful property, lovely location with great view from the balconies. Outdoor lounge area was a favourite. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of living spaces.The host was exceptional. Very helpful.

Great place to stay for family with kids of school ages. Full length of the house balcony with filtered views of Smith's lake and the ocean, 2 minutes walk to the lake.Fantastic covered outdoor lounge area. Best of all, upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms meant that kids had their own space. As did us "adults" & our canine companion.Kitchen was well equipped and Webber bbq.Calling all holiday ental property owners, take a leaf out this owners book.Call me weird, but very often preparing food in a holiday rental kitchens is fraught with angst. I'm usually trying to chop and cut swathes of vegetables, meat, bread and fruit with a kitchen implement that has the cutting power of a butter brick. I can't call these knives, more lightly edged metal set squares. What should takes 20 seconds to chop, takes 10 minutes and your going at it like a lumberjack at a Timberfest. The result looks like you've tried to cut it with drill.But, at this property the knives had an edge that actually cut and it made it just that more enjoyable. It's amazing how these small things make the big things better.
