With over 4,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, The Villa feels like your own private boutique hotel, complete with an elevator. There’s room for everyone to come together—and enjoy their own privacy—across four beautifully appointed bedrooms and expansive living areas.
Rooftop Terrace & Private Pool
Your fourth-floor terrace is a rooftop oasis, offering breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the Intracoastal while lounging in your private plunge pool with a drink in hand. Comfortable seating in the sun or shade, a dining area for sun or star-lit meals, a Weber gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a nearby beverage centre ensure your time outdoors is as relaxing as it is luxurious.

Just steps from your front door, enjoy the white sands and turquoise waters of Hollywood’s secluded North Beach. Lifeguards patrol the area during the day, and an outdoor beach shower makes rinsing off easy. The Villa comes fully equipped with beach chairs, towels, parasols, cooler bags, boogie boards, toys, and a beach cart to transport it all effortlessly.

With four large bedrooms and four full baths, the Villa comfortably accommodates four couples or two families. Two first-floor bedrooms can be configured with either king beds or twin beds and share a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, two spacious master suites—north and south facing—feature walk-in closets, 60-inch TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with double sinks, deep soaking tubs, and walk-in showers. The south-facing master also offers a private balcony. All bedrooms feature high-end mattresses and luxurious Frette linens for a restful night’s sleep.

The third floor hosts the open-concept heart of the home: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room bathed in natural light. This is a beautiful home. It is spotless, very nicely appointed and decorated, and a lovely home to spend time in. Each of the bedrooms was very comfortable, the living spaces were welcoming, and the kitchen had everything you might want or need. I also appreciated the easy beach access, the proximity to the walking paths and the location vis a vis the airport and Ft Lauderdale. Last, our host was kind to check in on us and offer good recommendations for restaurants, boat rentals, and more.

This was quite possibly one of the best beach houses we’ve stayed at in abd around the FLL area. The house was immaculate and Alexandra was the best host I’ve ever dealt with. She responded almost immediately to every question and concern, she was kind and flexible with everything we requested. The house could definitely allow for more people, plenty spacious and the plunge pool on the roof was perfect for the kids and adults. You are about 1.5m from the boardwalk, an easy walk on the trail or along the beach for adults or a 2 min car ride. If you go the opposite way towards the pier, an 8 minute walk to a bar/restaurant which was fantastic for adults and kids. We did a boat trip and the marina was only 15m away for our catamaran pickup and my husband and kids did a fish boat trip that was only 10min walk to the dock. This house is everything, all the spices and coffee and little things you don’t want to buy since you’re only on vacation, they have it covered. We ordered delivery from Whole Foods and Sam’s Club with no issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our family, which included both adults and children, felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The house was extremely clean and thoughtfully maintained, and it truly had every accessory and amenity you could possibly need—making it feel like a home away from home.One of the highlights was the unbeatable location—just steps away from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The pool on the fourth level was a great place to relax and unwind.Alexandra is an incredible host. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, making everything seamless and stress-free.This was our third stay at this lovely home, and it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Most beautiful and well appointed home that I’ve seen. Everything that you could possibly need is there. Kitchen was perfect with plenty of dishes, silverware, appliances, table linens, etc. Rooms were all beautiful with very comfortable beds. Elevator was very handy to navigate the 4 floors. Beach chairs and umbrellas were plentiful along with a cart for transportation of beach equipment. Can not rate this highly enough. 10 stars out of 5. 1/2 short block from uncrossed beautiful beach. Perfection in my opinion
