For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, café, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sencillo en cuanto al mobiliario. La cocina muy pequeña. A cambio, amplitud en el salón, incluso utilizando el sofá cama y buena terraza para comer cuatro personas. A dos pasos de la playa y no muy lejos del centro del pueblo. Agradable el entorno y cómodo acceso. Se puede aparcar sin problemas muy cerca.

Nuestra opinión de inicio a destacar ,es con las personas de la oficina de Roses-Sta Margarida (E. / G. ) un muy buen equipo y atención con sus clientes. En cuanto a los servicios del apartamento , el Wifi se queda corto para el teletrabajo , por desgracia me tuve que conectar y realmente es una cosa importante de actualizar a mas megas. Habitaciones cómodas , lavabos actualizados , a la cocina le falta el horno y el exprimidor (años anteriores lo tuvimos ) , comedor correcto. Saludos

Cet appartement est bien situé (proche mer, ville et commerces et marché). A cette saison pas de problème de stationnement. Logement calme cette année en raison de la fermeture de l’hôtel en face de la résidence. Comme dans la plupart des logements en Espagne, manque d'équipement en vaisselle (pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner). Nous avons du acheter une rallonge multiprise car une seule prise dans la cuisine pour brancher le micro-onde, le grill pain la cafetière et la bouilloire.

Die Unterkunft sah auf den Fotos besser und gemütlicher aus. Wir fanden es alt und dunkel. Ich hätte mir im Nachhinein lieber etwas anderes ausgesucht.
