Really lovely property and hostess!

Our hostess was wonderful! So helpful (as was Google Translate😜). Breakfast was lovely and the property was very clean and beautiful views.

The walls are a bit thin so noisy neighbors could be an issue, but it was not an issue for our stay.

The room was spacious & clean. Communal kitchen. Good breakfast. Ample onsite parking. The beautiful location. The hostess was warm & friendly & gave us great ideas of where to visit.

Relaxing and magical

The room is clean, sunny and cool in summer with a beautiful view. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and spacious. The place is quiet and peaceful. The landlady (Patricia) is supernice, cheerful and helpful, there’s no problem she cannot solve. The breakfast is also good and plenty and if you still feel hungry, you can ask for more. In summertime you can have breakfast in the open air with beautiful views. The village (Lacoste) can be visited on foot (10 mins walk) or by car. Merci pour tous, Patricia! 🤗

Beautiful, quiet setting, comfortable room, outstanding hostess!

The hostess made this stay uniquely memorable in our trip through France. She went above and beyond to make certain that we saw the lovely town of La Coste (including the Chateau of the Marquis de Sade). She personally transported us to an adjouning village across the valley, and came back to pick us up. Although she didn't speak much English, and we spoke no French, our hostess went to great lenghths to communicate with us. Of the ten places we stayed during our trip, this one stands out as the absolute best. We would stay there again and again.

Exceptional

This beautiful property is situated at outskirts of Lacoste village and offers peaceful setting and magnificent view to the valley and Bonnieux village. The owner is welcoming all her guests so friendly, and tries to provide help and practical information for all activities and places worth to visit around. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is french-style with variety of marmalade and delicious honey and it is served in the big garden with unforgettable view. The perfect place for a fantastic stay in Luberon.

A gem of a find

We were pleasantly surprised with Cante Grillet. It's either a former farmhouse that has been renovated into accommodation, or purpose built but to look like an old farm house. Either way, our room was large, with a nice sized bathroom. Water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable. No air conditioning, but we didn't feel overly hot and there are wooden shutters on the windows to keep the light and heat out during the day. Lots of room for luggage and plenty of power points to charge devices. There's a separate kitchen for guests and the lawn outside is used for breakfast. The views from this area are fantastic. There's comfortable seats in the shade to use at other times, and reclining chairs as well. The nearby village of Lacoste has a couple of dining options, with lovely views from both places. The host was a lovely lady, who speaks some German as well as French, but little English.

AMAZING! Best Provence experience

Everything! We loved it so much there that we decided to change our plans and stayed there for one more additional night. Patricia is amazing and run that place with her full heart and you can feel it! The property is amazing, very clean, nicely arranged, good breakfast! LOCATION is wonderful, it is exactly what we were looking for in our trip to Provence. We are so grateful we ended up there. We loved the access to the kitchen, we could always prepare some food in the evening and enjoy sitting in the garden, watching sunset over the hills. When we visit Provence again, we make sure we stay there again!

it is very romantic place, with it own uniq village atmosphere, you find Provence vibes in every detail here, it is definitely worth to visit Lacoste only for staying in such place. And hostes is very kind and charming person.

additional charge would applicable if travelling with kids, but on the bright side there was very comfy kids bed in our room.

Atmospheric surroundings, great view and large private garden once you can find it. The host was extremely friendly.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux, en grande partie grâce à Patrícia, notre hôte exceptionnelle. À la fois hôtesse d’accueil chaleureuse, guide attentionnée et véritable maîtresse de maison, elle a su rendre notre passage inoubliable par sa convivialité et sa disponibilité. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et impeccablement propre, dans un cadre très calme et reposant — idéal pour se ressourcer. Le petit déjeuner était un vrai régal : copieux, varié, et composé de délicieux produits du terroir. Un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le coin cuisine, bien équipé, qui permet de préparer ses repas en toute autonomie. Les repas peuvent être pris à l’extérieur ou dans une grande salle de séjour très agréable, ce qui ajoute une belle flexibilité au séjour. En résumé, une adresse à recommander sans hésitation pour ceux qui recherchent authenticité, confort et accueil chaleureux.

Comme souvent dans cette belle région, il est préférable d’avoir un moyen de locomotion pour profiter pleinement des environs et accéder facilement aux commodités.

Wunderbar, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und ist sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt, Wer Französisch spricht, erfährt auch viel über Land und Leute und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Kein Buffet zum Frühstück, wir wurden aber reichhaltig mit Käse, Fleisch, Fruchtsaft und versch. Broten bedient. Eine schöne Terrasse und Rasen mit toller Aussicht in den Luberon machten das Erlebnis perfekt.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

L'emplacement est stupéfiant, Patricia se met en quatre pour satisfaire ses hôtes. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur le jardin d'où nous entendions le gai chant des oiseaux.

L'insonorisation entre chambres pourrait être rapidement problématique fort heureusement les clients ont un savoir vivre naturel.
