The volunteers were really welcoming and friendly, ensuring I was having a nice stay and really knowledgeable about the local area. The breakfast and food in general was decent and they were really attentive to any dietary needs.
Everything is quite crammed, there is just enough space in between the dorm pods to access your bed, I could just about sit on the toilets, the showers are just large enough to stand and wash yourself, ... I don't think they change the sheets after each guest. On the day on my departure I saw there were loads of long black hair by and under my pillow (I'm a blond guy with short hair).

Special and beautiful place to find in Bogotá, great people and cozy atmosphere. Delicious food as well.
