Τhe banana tree beach house

Quiet, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Secure parking lovely outside space. Mosquito screens & Privacy. Air conditioner. Location, close to Athens, you can get the local bus.

Bed was hard, however there is a sofa bed which is a little more comfortable. Mosquitoes, unfortunately we were there at peak mosquito time, this can’t be helped as part of nature, the screens in the house and plug-ins were welcomed.

A lovely little house offering privacy and peace, just a short distance from the sea. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to our host, who was helpful and accommodating in every way.

Really well-equipped, comfortable little house in a brilliant, quiet location close to the beach and close to tavernas and bars while still being on a quiet part of the seafront. The house stayed quite cool even when it was hot outside. Enclosed and private space with plenty of outdoor seating space. The owner was friendly and helpful upon arrival and departure- he was also able to lend me a bicycle, which was really brilliant for getting around the wider area (up to Marathon town, the archaeological sites nearby, Nea Makri, or across to Schinias beach). Well-equipped for cooking. Washing machine (in a little out-building) worked well, though it looked a bit old. Great mosquito nets on all the windows.

I had no problems- everything worked well and it had all the facilities and equipment I needed.

Location is great, very near to the sea and beach. The neigbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place for relax and rest Owner was very nice and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk to him.
