Villa Patrick-Luxury stone house in the center of Istria

As a family, we have really enjoyed our vacation stay in Villa Patrick. The house was clean, spacious and offered everything and more we could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Outdoor area is spacious as well and has a lovely pool and bbq spot. The house was air conditioned and overall very cool which was great given the very hot weather we have had during our vacation. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and made it possible for us to check in and check out as we needed which made our trip so much easier. Thanks again for lovely stay, warm welcome and help with navigation back home! :)

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great looking villa located couple of minutes away from Pazin. The Villa is really designed in a nice way, with a nice pool in the garden. We came as a group of 7 people and we really enjoyed our time in this place. Big plus is a large private parking and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The host was really friendly, they gave us the option of late check out and provided us with great informations regarding events nearby.

Some things still need to be improved in this place in order to give it a maximum 10/10. There was a lack of wood to make a bbq so we had to find it by ourself around the house. Some of the neighboors use heavy machinery like tractors, etc... really early in the morning that can be anoying if you are trying to get some sleep.

Villa is beautiful,highly recommend!!!! Every room has bathroom,we were group of 8 and every couple had privacy, our stay there was great!!!
