Siamo stati al Fiore delle Valli per un breve soggiorno. Abbiamo visitato agevolmente a piedi la bella cittadina di Comacchio ma anche raggiunto Porto Garibaldi con le biciclette gentilmente messeci a disposizione. Colazione semplice ma curata nella scelta dei prodotti. Ci hanno conquistato il pane caldo davvero buono e speciale, lo strudel fatto in casa, le fragoline fresche con lo yogurt. L'handicap del bagno in comune non lo abbiamo affatto avvertito. Il bagno è spazioso, sempre pulito e condiviso con una sola altra stanza. Ma il vero valore di questo b&b sono coloro che lo gestiscono, Alessandra e Raffaele, gentili, sorridenti e sempre disponibili. Due belle persone con cui è stato spontaneo e piacevole raccontarsi perché ci hanno subito fatto sentire a casa. Grazie e a presto.

Alessandra and Raffaello were AMAZING hosts. We had been a bit hesitant to stay in someone's home and share a bathroom with other guests, but both were non-issues. The home and room were charming, clean, and very welcoming. It felt like visiting friends, in the best way, though we had never met before. And, Alessandra speaks French, as do we, so it was a great pleasure to have a language in common. The breakfasts were extensive and fantastic, including local eggs and produce from their own garden. Raffaello is a top-notch home barista, both are attentive in a good way, there were two different balconies and a common room for our use, parking was free and abundant on the street, and the home is located perfectly for walking to Comacchio vecchio or a short 5-minute drive to the port and the beach. And, Comacchio beats Venice hands-down. Great views and weather, clean, no crowds, GREAT food, amd our wonderful hosts. Honestly, one of the best stays of our trip in Italy (even considering a very nice resort hotel during a work section of our trip). I hope we are able to come back and visit again.
