Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Schlichtes Studio in einer Apartment-Anlage. Mit dem notwendigsten eingerichtet. Möbel schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise etwas zerschlissen. Schrankbetten mit Daunenkissen und -duvets, alter Teppichboden, Stoffsofa und Vorhänge sind nicht für Staub-Allergiker geeignet. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge vom Balkon aus. Badezimmer klein, aber sauber. Neue Dusche! Gute Lage für Spaziergänge und freundlicher Verwalter, sowie der Preis sind die Pluspunkte.

Alles was man braucht wenn man Ski fahren will gute Anbindung an die Piste Nicht mehr die neueste Ausstattung aber grundsätzlich alles sauber und nutzbar

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht nicht ganz modernen, normalen Ansprüchen...keine Kaffeemaschine, sehr kleiner und schlecht angebrachter Fernseher, keine mini Ausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl in der Küche
