It was clean, well maintained. Convenient parking nearby. Friendly neighbors. Quiet.

Quiet place near Łeba

The area is very quiet and less crowded then Łeba. Lake is only 300 m away, so a short walk. There are shops and very tasty diner nearby (about 150m away). Rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice. There is a kitchen available (with shared fridge) if you want to cook something yourself. Also some tables outside, grill, and a place to dry your towels or swimsuit. Table tennis (ping-pong) is also available for everyone.

The only thing and rather minor (if you're not allergic) is that the pillows have feathers inside.

Superb

The accomodation provides free bikes for their guests. There are also barbecue sets available and a nice outside seating area with beautiful blooming flowers everywhere. The location is great. It might be far from the sea (but with a free bike it's no problem) and the centre of Leba, but we found that an advantage, since it's a very calm and peaceful area just by Lake Sarbsk. There are good restaurants nearby (Karczma, Smazialna Laguna are top) as well as a small shop.

There were no knives in the kitchen.

Na jedną noc

Niska cena i miły właściciel. Bardzo czysto. Dostępny parking. Spokojna okolica.

Mieliśmy opłacony trzyosobowy pokój typu comfort. Dostaliśmy inny, mniejszy i gorszy pokój. Podobno mama właściciela się pomyliła przy zakwaterowaniu gości i nie mogli tego odwrócić. Przeproszono nas, dostaliśmy czekoladki. Łazienka tragedia - kompletnie niefunkcjonalna i bardzo mała a umywalka to jakieś nieporozumienie. Bardzo cienkie ściany, wszystko słychać. Nawet gdy ktoś rozmawia bardzo cichym głosem to słychać każde słowo z sąsiednich pokojów i altany, którą mieliśmy pod oknem. Okropna wilgoć - ręczniki nie wyschły przez cały dzień. Na jedną noc można wynająć, na dwie to już za dużo. Stare skrzypiące drzwi do pokoju powinny być wymienione. Łóżko czyli rozkładana kanapa bardzo niewygodna. Pokój 12, sąsiadujący z pokojem 11 nie powinny być w ogóle wynajmowane gościom. Lata świetności mają dawno za sobą.

Я чудово розумію що це дуже гарна ціна. Але можно все ж таки глянути на якість випраного рушника.

1. Ціна (дійсно дуже низька). 2. Біля номера. Кухня (мікрохвильова піч, холодильник, плита на газу, додаткові тарелки, чашки, ітд) 3. ТВ в номері працював. 4. Внизу був стол для пінпогу, бадментон, місце для чілу крісла. І піч для грилю.

Білі рушники. Із 3 штук 1 був погано випраний. В номері не було щітки для унітаза, хоча чаша була. Розкладний диван. Він дуже жорсткий був. ( рекомендую змінити краще на 3 однакові ліжка). І хотілось би якусь щітку, щоб була можливість прибрати самому в номері. ( Можно її дати на кухні).

Czystość w pokojach pozostawia nieco do życzenia. Sprzątnięte przez środek ale w sumie można sobie samemu przetrzeć. W ogólnodostępnej kuchni przydałoby się też nieco bardziej przyłożyć, wiem że to sprawa osób korzystających ale nie każdy po sobie zostawia porządek. Oczywiście sprzątałam po innych, bo nie mogę nawet umyć naczyń gdy zlew jest upaprany resztkami po śniadaniu innych osób ale mam wrażenie, że poza wyrzuceniem śmieci (i zostawieniem brudnego kosza na śmieci), nikt tam nic więcej nie sprząta.

Preis-Leistung top Alles was man unbedingt braucht, war da. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. Balkon.

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. WLAN fürchterlich langsam. Quasi nicht nutzbar. Bettwäsche hat nicht so wirklich gepasst. Diverse kaputte Leuchtmittel. Hellhörig. Küche außerhalb der Wohnung.

Pěkné ubytování v Nowecinu. Pěkné venkovní posezení. Klidné místo. Možnost půjčení kol zdarma. Oceňuji kolo s dětskou cyklo sedačkou i dvě dětské kola. Pěkné dětské hřiště- houpačky, pískoviště, trampolína. Dále pingpong. Pěkné procházky, jezero Sarbsk, konírny a dobré jídlo. Blízko obchod Žabka. Na pláž cca 2,5km.

V koupelně byl zápach z cigaretového kouře. Pod postelí ležela špinavá lžička.
