Зручне ліжко, є кондиціонер, тобто додаткове опалення, темні штори, кухня і шафа коридорі зручні, бойлер.
Відсутність лейки у душі та важко регульована вода тепла-холодна, що створило певний дискомфорт під час проживання.

Гарне розташування, новобудова. Поряд багато магазинів. Спальня чиста. Безконтактне заселення.
Видали ключі від інших апартаментів (сусідніх) де туалет з дверями купе які не зачиняються до кінця, душова абсурдних розмірів, в ній неможливо нормально помитися. З унітазу можна рукою дотягнутися до кухні. Загальний стан кухні незадовільний. Загалом це була одна квартира, з якої зробили дві.
