Perfectly placed on the water and close to the boat ramp because I’m a fisherman
All the cabins should have air-conditioning no matter what conditions for heating and cooling

Was a great caravan park with a little shop and drying facilities for after the snow. Loved the bunny rabbits everywhere and the location to selwyn was perfect. Staff were very nice and gave some great tips and info. The cabin was perfect with electric blankets, air con and plenty of space. The cabin had all the cooking facilities we needed which was handy because the trip to Cooma at night was a bit of a worry for food!
