About this apartment rental
This amazing studio is situated in the upscale area of Esmeralda in Malmok. The apartment is bright and roomy, providing a pleasant atmosphere for all of our guests. When staying at the villa, you are only a few minutes drive to the wonderful beaches of Arashi, Boca Catalina, Palm Beach, and the Lighthouse. Entertainment, restaurants, and the famous High Rise Strip is also 5 minutes away!!!
The studio has a spacious and comfortable bed and a queen sofa bed, a nice 50 inch Flat Screen TV, and has a walk in closet, and full new bathroom. We have plenty of bath and beach towels. All bed linens, pillows, blankets are new and encased in pillow & mattress covers and sanitized for our guests.There is also a magnificent fully-equipped kitchen with the following:
-Cooktop
-Microwave
-Refrigerator
-Coffee/Tea Maker
-Toaster
-Cutlery
As the warm breeze flows through the day and night, you can enjoy a nice tanning session or pleasant meal outside on the covered patio, with a charcoal grill.
With full amenities, and a prime location that is close to the beach, nightlife, and all supermarkets, your stay will be stress-free on Aruba, ONE HAPPY ISLAND!!!

We loved our stay in Aruba. The neighborhood is very quiet and the place was very clean. Communication was prompt and a lot of attention was paid to details to make our stay comfortable.

Our studio was lovely and clean. All that was needed was our luggage. The outside area was very pretty and quiet. Our host Gregory was extremely professional, kind and very helpful. He went over and beyond assisting us with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying there again!!

Greg’s apartment was in a quite neighborhood, close to the beach. We had all everything we needed to prepare some meals ourselves. We had a rental car to get around on the island. The grocery store was close by.

Just got back from 2 fabulous weeks. When we arrived Izaira was there waiting for us. She show us the apart and told us was we could see in Aruba. Everything you could have in your house is there. We enjoyed eating outside in the morning. A big plus is 2 beach chairs, cooler and beach towel. Everything is less then 15 minutes by car. Nice beaches and you can snorkling almost everywhere. A lot of good restaurant outside the hotel zone. Local are very friendly, We had beers with a few of them. We enjoyed our 2 weeks and we will be back.Thank you for everything Greg and Izaira.François and Sylvie
