Ottima posizione per sfruttare la bella spiaggia sottostante, buona posizione per godere delle bellezze di Almissa ma bisogna spostarsi in macchina. Appartamento dotato di tutte le forniture necessarie anche per la cucina, terrazzo grande. Proprietario gentile nonostante le difficoltà comunicative!
Abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento all'ultimo piano, purtroppo niente ascensore. Appartamento sottotetto con poca possibilità di deambulazione in due stanze sbattendo la testa qua e là. Materasso e cuscini scomodi ma questo non è l'unico appartamento Croato dove abbiamo riscontrato questa abitudine. Si potrebbe migliorare l'arredamento che purtroppo non rende giustizia allo spazio.

Very good quality for price. Good location, spacious rooms, good air conditioning, big terrace, very good parking space. 165 stairs to very nice beach. Dog beach within 15 minutes walk with shower, but no shadow. Andy is a very nice host, is always available and very helpful. 2 small Studenac shops in 2-3 minutes walking distance. Do not miss to try Oscar's bar for breakfast and the Grill restaurant under the olive trees.
With those travelling with dogs, there is no good route to walk with dogs, especially in case of really hot weather, But it has nothing to do with the accommodation. :)
