Spory pokój z miejscem do zabawy dla dziecka. Plac zabaw w ogrodzie.
Mało miejsca do suszenia ubrań i ręczników - zwłaszcza po deszczu. Brak komody/ szuflad na ubrania, tylko szafa z kilkoma wieszakami.

Obiekt bardzo czysty, zadbany, piękny i nowoczesny wystrój zarówno pokoju jak i łazienki, bardzo dobrze wyposażona wspólna kuchnia. Do dyspozycji dziecka zabawki i puzzle, można też skorzystać z żelazka i deski do prasowania. Okolica spokojna, a zarazem blisko do plaży, około 10 minut spacerkiem, sklep tuż za rogiem.
