A good family place with family vibe, and pet friendly.

It is on the side of town I like best. And next to a restaurant I like very much, D'Shanti. The hotel and rooms are clean, bedding and linens clean.

When I arrived only one bedside table had a lamp, and it did not work. This was rectified. When I pulled the screen door open to the patio it fell off the rail, and would not go back into place - letting in mosquitos. The towels are clean, but threadbare and not large.

Nice views, great climate.

It is conveniently located across the street from my fathers retirement home. And I already know the dogs, cats, and kids in the neighborhood.

The blinds do not close all the way. They are stuck halfway across the sliding glass door. This means that sunlight and heat is allowed in all day. And the lights from the pool streaming all night. The pool with Mountain View was fabulous and I didn’t much mind. The unit is clean and comfortable. No complaints at all, the towels are a bit small, and the bed and mattress are tired.

I really loved this hotel before, the swimming pool was really clean and I enjoyed it. Now and I've come back. It's disgusting the yellow mold is at the bottom of the pool. I can't even go in it. I really hope the management. We'll do a better job at keeping the swimming pool clean The management needs to keep it vacuumed and the proper chlorine amount. Before you could swim in it.And you wouldn't feel chlorine all over your body,

Friendly, clean, reasonable.

A Lovely place, with an exceptional restaurant. The pool requires significant maintenance with a very large portion of bottom tiles missing, and the filtration system needs mending. The top surface layer of the water was not clean. The mattress is a bit tired, yes, serviceable. The table lamp didn’t work. But it’s clean, bug-Free, and reasonable value, with friendly staff, and nightguard.

Worst customer service thus far

Zero communication and nobody in the lobby upon checking after 40 minutes of waiting. Charged my work card a fee without asking and have to deal with that now after I had given my personal card to cover any cost. Never head back from anybody. The place is actually nice and great location but never had this happen even at hostels I’ve stayed at.

Nice, large studio apartment style room with kitchen, living/dining area and private bath. Kitchen included a refrigerator, cooktop, toaster oven, microwave as well as dinnerware and cookware. The room had two balconies overlooking the pool and beautiful grounds. D’Shanti Restaurant is located on the hotel grounds. Excellent food, drinks, and service!

Perfect weekend break with the family!

I loved the gardens! so many beautiful flowers. The suite we got for our family was perfect, we went with my parents in law, and the suite was roomy and cozy at the same time, loved the porch area to hang out looking at the sunset behind the beautiful mountain view. The pool was very nice, its not deep which was perfect for our 2 yo. The restaurant there is DELICIOUS! you have to go try it out! Lasagna, Arrachera, Parmesano Chicken, everything exquisite! We just got back and are already planning when to go back!

There are some things that need to be repaired but overall everything was functional.

The location is in a nice and pleasant area - i like the parking space offered - very spacious around the pool area and jacuzzy - it has its own restaurant - and is clean

I usually stay there because the pool is the catch - but this has been the second time I've stayed and the pool has been very dirty and it smelled. Sorry but i dont think ill stay again

Excelente lugar, mu espacioso, magnifico diseño y amplitud, sobre todo la sala y cocina. Alberca bonita y grande y muy buen estacionamiento. Areas verdes bonitas y el lugar muy acogedor El servicio fue bueno y las personas mu amables.

La ubicación

El servicio del personal del hotel muy ineficiente, no saben usar la aplicación de oyó rums, promueven habitaciones con cupo para 6 personas pero no las tienen. Las instalaciones demasiado deterioradas, no hay agua caliente, solo una persona para limpieza de todas las habitaciones y el jardinero tiene funciones de varios puestos sin tener la capacitación, es jardinero, recepcionista, limpia piscinas y mantenimiento.
