Cama e travesseiros bastante confortáveis, quarto limpo e espaçoso. Piscina limpa.

Tranquilidade e localização na Lagoa. Perto do centrinho, mas longe do barulho. Bastante confortável para nosso grupo de 3 pessoas (considerando que estávamos com bastante bagagem). Proprietário muito disponível todo o tempo. Prático para descarregar e carregar o carro, sem escadas ou elevador a enfrentar (a suíte fica no nível da rua e pertinho do portão de acesso). Tivemos uma vaga disponível para nosso carro, que é grande. Tem uma piscina que os hóspedes podem utilizar (no último dia já estava meio turva, mas deu pra usar).
O banheiro é pequenininho, mas não chegou a ser um problema. Atendeu bem.
