Booked 2 rooms and selected this hotel for its location and pool. We also booked a shuttle from the airport which was waiting for us (unfortunately took over an hour to get through immigration so charged extra). Good communication from the hotel regarding our shuttle booking and room requests. The hotel is a perfect location to explore Granada and has a lovely roof terrace. The pool was nice but the rooms smaller than we expected. The breakfast served was good.
